Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard ground shipping via USPS or UPS. Expedited options (2-day or overnight) are available at additional cost, detailed at checkout.
  • Costs: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 applies within the contiguous U.S. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments, with customs fees borne by the customer.
  • Delivery Estimates: Domestic delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. International shipping may take 10-20 business days, depending on customs clearance. Delays due to weather or carrier issues are beyond our control.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed upon shipment. Customers can monitor progress via the carrier’s website. Notify info.mygain@gmail.com within 7 days of any delivery issues.
  • Compliance: Shipping adheres to California Business and Professions Code § 17538, ensuring accurate delivery timelines and consumer notification rights. Lost or damaged shipments are replaced or refunded per carrier policies.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Defective or incorrect items can be returned regardless of condition.
  • Process: Contact info.mygain@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours. Ship returns to the address provided in the RMA email using a trackable method. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Costs: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, in which case we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return, credited to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur additional shipping fees.
  • California Rights: Under California Civil Code § 17200 and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, consumers are entitled to fair return policies. Defective items are replaced free of charge, and refunds include original shipping costs if the return is our error.

Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information including full name, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details for order fulfillment. We also gather browsing data (e.g., IP address, cookies) to improve site functionality, as permitted under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

  • Retention: Data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes, then securely deleted unless required longer by law.

  • Orders: All sales are final unless covered by the Returns Policy. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, per California Code of Civil Procedure § 1280 et seq.
